The apparel is our own original artwork; every salve, soak, and scrub is mixed, poured, and stirred by hand in small batches right here in Landrum, SC.
Ships from Landrum, SC (US only for now). Opened salves, scrubs, and soaks are final sale for hygiene reasons. Unworn apparel and sealed items can be exchanged. Anything arrive wrong or damaged? Email us and we'll make it right.

Where do you ship from?
Straight out of Landrum, SC. Most orders ship in 1–3 business days. Anything still waiting on a batch is marked Coming Soon on its product page, with the batch date right there. If we ever can't ship inside that window, we'll email you a new date, and you can take it or cancel for a full refund.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $40 or more (on the goods, before tax) ship free anywhere in the US. Under that it's a flat $10, and the meter in your cart shows how close you are. It all applies automatically at checkout. We ship to US addresses only for now, and gift cards are emailed, so they never need postage.
How will I know when my order ships, and how do I check on it?
Stripe emails your receipt right after you pay, and your thank-you page shows your order reference. When we mark your box shipped you'll get an "on its way" email, with a tracking link when the carrier gives us one. No account needed: check a single order on our order status page with that reference and your email, or see everything you've ever ordered on Your Orders, where we email you a one-time link that expires in 24 hours.
Can I pick up my order at a market instead?
Sure can. In your cart, check Local Market Pick-up (Free) and choose one of our upcoming markets. Shipping drops to nothing, we skip the address form, and your order will be waiting at the booth. The list comes straight from our events page, so if a market isn't on it yet, we can't do pickup there.
