Where do you ship from?
Straight out of Landrum, SC. Most orders ship in 1–3 business days. Anything still waiting on a batch is marked Coming Soon on its product page, with the batch date right there.
What's your return policy?
Opened salves, scrubs, and soaks are final sale for hygiene reasons. Unworn apparel and sealed items can be exchanged. Anything arrive wrong or damaged? Email us and we'll make it right.
Do you have unscented or sensitive-skin options?
We do. The Y'allternative Miracle Balm is unscented and essential-oil-free, made for skin that side-eyes fragrance.
Can I get something custom or in bulk?
Yep. Email us or send an Instagram DM with what you're picturing (gifts, market swag, wedding favors, whatever) and we'll figure it out together.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on any order of $40 or more. It applies automatically at checkout.
What is the shelf life of your salves and soaks?
Our products are made in small batches with simple, mostly plant-based ingredients, and only the water-based ones carry a gentle preservative so they stay safe on your shelf (every ingredient is listed on each product page). We recommend using them within 6 to 12 months for the best potency and freshness. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
