Note: Essential-oil free, but not a mild formula: the sudsing base brings sodium lauryl sulfate, denatured alcohol and methylisothiazolinone with it. If your skin is reactive, or you already know MI is one of yours, this is not the tin for you.

How to Apply

Scoop a nickel-sized amount onto damp hands. Work thoroughly into palms, knuckles, and cuticles in circular motions, then rinse clean with warm water.

Storage & Shelf Life

Keep lid closed between uses to prevent excess water from entering the tin. Shelf life is 6–12 months.

Patch Test Guidelines

Exfoliating scrub with pumice and pink salt in a sudsing surfactant base that contains methylisothiazolinone, a known contact allergen. Test a small amount on hands before first heavy use, skip it entirely if you know you react to MI, and avoid open cuts.

Safety & sensitivities

  • For external use only. Keep away from eyes and broken skin, and keep out of reach of children.
  • New to it? Dab a little on your inner forearm and wait 24 hours before using it properly.
  • Made with plant butters and oils that can include tree-nut-derived ingredients (see the full ingredient list above). Skip it if you have a nut allergy.
  • Stop using it if irritation or a rash develops.
